We’re currently seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman/Supervisor to lead and manage field crews on commercial job sites.
Position Summary
As a Commercial Electrical Foreman/Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing field crews on a variety of commercial electrical projects. The ideal candidate has a strong hands-on background in field supervision, understands construction timelines, and can maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity on the job site.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct daily activities of electrical field crews on commercial job sites
Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and daily work plans
Ensure work is performed according to NEC, project plans, and company standards
Maintain site safety compliance and enforce job site safety policies
Monitor project progress, document productivity, utilize project software reporting, and communicate updates to project managers
Conduct quality control checks and ensure workmanship meets code and client expectations
Troubleshoot electrical systems and guide crews in resolving complex issues
Assist with layout, installation, and verification of electrical systems
Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience supervising commercial electrical crews
Proficient with tools, equipment, and code compliance for commercial electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage schedules, crews, and subcontractors effectively
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must pass a background check, profile testing, and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in medical facility construction and/or maintenance
Holds a Nevada C2 Electrical License, or ability to obtain one
OSHA 30 certification
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
